Ruler Medallion Class

Learn to quilt with Rulers under your domestic sewing machine using the Westalee Sampler Set 1 rulers and their 12 inch arc.  Build 9 different block designs and put them together with the quilt as you go method.  Once you’ve mastered these rulers the sky is the limit with your quilting.  Finished Project is 37 inches square.
